Recognizing Emerging Young Black Leaders Who Embody Vision, Innovation, and Excellence.

In celebration of Black History Month, during a time when our culture and stories face unprecedented challenges, Black Legacy Partners is calling on our community to rise together — to uplift, protect, and celebrate our youth who are leading with courage, creativity, and heart.

We invite educators, community leaders, parents, and the public to nominate exceptional young Black voices — ages 13 to 21 — who are using their platforms and passions to create a better, more just future for our communities.
Why It Matters? At a moment when cultural expression, representation, and education are under attack, we must stand together to protect, nurture, and elevate our young leaders. The Black Legacy Awards: Next Gen Edition honors those who are writing the next chapter of our shared story — one rooted in strength, vision, and love for community. Submit your nomination now!
Purchasing tickets or becoming a sponsor directly fuels Black Legacy Partners’ year-round impact—supporting youth outreach initiatives, the Juneteenth Cultural Festival, and community-centered programming that uplifts, empowers, and celebrates Black entrepreneurs, small business owners and families across Long Island.
